At Upstream Therapy, Mike Brannan, LMFT, helps individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with care, clarity, and proven strategies like CBT and emotional regulation. He works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families—guiding them through life’s difficult moments toward healing and personal growth. He focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships to help clients process current stresses, regulate mood, and practice mindfulness.
